I'm a caring Community Health Worker, Certified Full Spectrum Doula, Doula Ambassador, Childbirth Educator and CPR instructor with a background in both the clinical women’s healthcare arena and community outreach, servicing the maternal population.
I’m also honored to serve as a member of 2 Community Advisory Boards alongside others who are deeply committed to uplifting families and improving birth outcomes in our community.
As a mother of 4, I’m committed to walking alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and the early stages of postpartum—especially in communities that often face the most barriers to care.
My hope is that every family I serve feels informed, seen, supported, and empowered — no matter their circumstances or where they live. Whether I’m teaching, offering hands-on doula care, listening, or connecting them to other doula networks or community resources, my message is always the same: You Are Not Alone.

What to Expect With ChildBirth Plus
This isn’t just a class—it’s your prenatal empowerment
space.
Our childbirth classes are evidence based and culturally centered. We’ll walk you through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy and nutrition, explore baby’s development in each trimester. You will receive an introduction to maternal extended care teams, the prenatal journey, gain insight into mindful nourishment, breast feeding tips, and infant feeding choices. We will also cover meaningful ways to involve your partner and family, encourage reflection through guided activities, mental health wellness, preparation for delivery day, pospartum, newborn care tips along with supportive resources, empowerment tools and more...
